SADAQA-TV is Chicago's first locally produced Islamic television program. The effort was launched in Muharram, 1406, by volunteers. SADAQA was cablecast weekly on Chicago's CAN-TV network for several years.
Other examples of this pioneering effort, are available for viewing at The Islam in America Archive housed at DePaul University's Elliot C. Richardson Library. SADAQA Productions' media efforts are intended to inform and invite non-Muslims to experience the illuminating principles of al-Islam. O Allah [SWT] purify our intentions, send us helpers, and bless this work to be pleasing to You. Ameen.
